Our client is a large facilities management company with strong presence across the APAC region. They are growing aggressively and currently have a headcount of over 12,000.

about the role

  • This is an EA role that supports a department instead of just one person
  • You will be reporting to the HR Director directly and will be proving support for the team.
  • Your main task will be managing the calendars, booking meeting rooms, booking flight tickets and managing other administrative matters
  • High level of communication skills is needed for this role as you will be working with people from different cultural backgrounds
