about the job
- Assist in the overall building management functions of the company
- Represent the residents to liaise with 3rd party service providers and contractors for electricity, water supply, maintenance and cleaning services
- Carry out periodic inspections and provide updates on air-conditioners, toilets, lightings, leakage, etc.
- Assist the residents in making payments as requested, for example, electricity, water, maintenance fees, internet, etc.
- Handles residents' requests and complaints efficiently and courteously
- Represent the residents to liaise with external property agents to source for tenants using information provided in order to rent out and/or sell the residential units
- Maintain cleanliness of all units for sale/rental viewing purpose
- Perform Guaranteed Rental Return (GRR) schemes
- Act as point of contact between tenants and owners when issues arise
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in property or customer service related industry
- Independent, pro-active, results-driven, market oriented with good communication skills
- Willing to work during weekends when necessary
