RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor regimented calling, overtime, and negotiation skills of callers effectively.

- Plan and ensure equal and fair distribution of account allocations (fixed bucket) to all team members.
- Regularly review 1-90 day accounts, ensuring the team diligently conducts Telco searches and requests site visits.
- Ensure repossession efforts are effective and adequate to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain a fair, assertive, and professional approach during payment negotiations, with zero tolerance for complaints regarding rudeness.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the superior/manager on an ad-hoc basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in the debt collection industry, with a track record of leading a collection team, and capable of taking on the portfolio immediately.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work assigned shift hours with flexibility for possible weekend assignments.
- Willingness to travel for site visits (optional).
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

This role reports to the manager and senior manager, which are both knowledgeable and experienced in the industry.
