about our client

our client is a full-service construction company that has built a strong reputation for delivering quality service, on time, and at a competitive price.

about the role

They are looking for the right talent to support the Managing Director (MD) and who you will be reporting directly to as well. Duties and responsibilities listed below ;

  • Maintain MD’s office team time schedule and schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries and claims for the MD
  • Assist the MD on his personal matters and oversee the duties of the MD’s personal drivers
  • Coordinate executive communications, including all written and verbal correspondence and interfacing with both internal and external parties to oversee/assist in projects
  • Arrange corporate travels for members of the MD’s office and Board of Directors
  • Assist the Corporate Development team in Corporate events
  • Work along the MD on legal matters and financial paperwork
  • Maintain and organize filing system for both paper and electronic documents
  • Participate in various projects and delivers the source data for the analysis in the project team from time to time.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and to maintain a level of professionalism at all times

your profile

to be successful in this role you would have to have had experience in a role that comprises at least 5 years. Ideally, they are looking for someone who comes with Legal knowledge and the ability to provide financial advice too. They seek a candidate who is able to be hands-on, one that possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to keep highly confidential matters when planning and organizing. Candidates fluent in mandarin would be a plus point or a nice to have, as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients, Candidates with other spoken languages are also open to apply in.
