about the job
This role will be reporting to the Regional Director and you will be managing a team of 2 subordinates.
You will need to lead the sales expansion in target markets such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Maldives and Pakistan.
Job Description:
- Take full ownership of export activities in designated markets, ensuring effective market penetration and business growth
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients during scheduled visits, showcasing the value and capabilities of our company's products and techniques
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing customers and distributors, fostering loyalty and commitment to the brand
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and action items aimed at achieving export objectives, in alignment with organisational goals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales or international business development
- Prior experiences in handling a similar regional portfolio to the description will be an added advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in Food Ingredients is preferred, experience with bakery ingredients will be advantageous
