about the job

- Develop and review operational procedures for optimized productivity and minimize downtime.

- Leading and training the facilities management team.

- Assist all tender processes and the selection and appointment of vendors for the client in due compliance with the Company. Ensure the team provide daily administrative operation; in managing the reception area both internally and externally to maintain professional image.

- Responsible for cost center budgeting & management of the relevant OPEX, CAPEX costs, cost recovery with controlling. Ensure cost and headcount development in line with agreed budgets.

- Support the formulation and operation set-up for new and existing projects, such as developing policies and Standard Operations Procedures.

- Develop asset management strategy and project management for fit out, space planning as well as capital improvement projects.

- To work with EHS team according to agreed policies/procedures and standard as well as corporate safety guidance of EHS to ensure the security standards are maintained.

- Responsible for planning & implementing office solutions (relocation, expansion, renovation) including communication, renovation and move/change management in accordance with company policies & regulations.

Reporting to the COO, he is a hands on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. The COO believes in delivering results with minimal supervision.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelors' Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing or Interior Architecture
  • At least 5 years experienceas a Facilities manager (Commercial).
  • Background in EHS implementation and upkeeping.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role capable of leading a team to manage day to day facilities operations
