As a Factory Planner, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage planning activities for order fulfillment, master scheduling, factory planning, and delivery commitments.
• Assess, analyze, and optimize forecasted demand compared to actual production trends, as well as overall capacity and material planning.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements and lead initiatives to implement changes.
• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and optimize resource utilization.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate materials and supplies for production while minimizing waste.
• Drive production efforts to reduce cycle times and achieve on-time delivery, aligning with company KPIs and meeting customers' expectations.

skills and eperiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant field
• At least 2-3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experienced in production planning, supply & demand planning, and/or material planning is preferred
• Knowledge in SAP, ERP and Microsoft Office would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to cross collaborate with other internal/external stakeholders
