Randstad is partnering with a leading machine manufacturer in Malaysia. The company is expanding their operation at Malaysia and looking for a Field Service Coordinator as part of their strategic growth.

duties and responsibility
- Receive and process field service enquiries; identify service requirements, schedules, and locations.
- Coordination of resources, spare parts, costs, and time schedule for the Field Service work orders in cooperation service coordination team.
- Creation and updating of orders & other records in SAP and FSM
- Follow up regional travel claims and generate cost summary for regional service intervention.
- Liaise with regional trainer / headquarters trainer on site assignment
- Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customer and/or internal stakeholders.
skill/ experience
- Experience in carrying out coordination and arranging schedules for field service engineers.
- Familiar with arranging international administrative travel process
- More than 3 years of working experience in relative field, preferably manufacturing.
