Technical Operations: Execute equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs as assigned, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Customer Interaction: Provide effective customer support through visits, calls, and emails, addressing queries and offering technical assistance.
Training and Demonstrations: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users, showcasing equipment applications and techniques, and conduct clinical trials.
Documentation and Procedures: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, troubleshoot instances, and contribute to updating internal procedures.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive for outstanding customer satisfaction by delivering after-sales support, preparing service contracts, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

the experience

Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical service experience with medical equipment.
Hold a Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are necessary.
Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferred experience in conducting training sessions for technicians and nurses.
Willingness to travel and work across different regions.
Maintain personal transport (car) along with a valid driving license
