about the company

Our client is a world renowned player in the medical devices industry. With the great sucess they've had in the past year, they are now seeking to expand their operations by the addition of this Finance Manager role, in efforts to further drive excellence in their organisation.


about the job

  • Manage accounting operations for local entity, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and Group standards
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
  • Ensure timely close for month end, quarter end and year end
  • Prepare financial reports to meet requirements at all levels
  • Work with external auditors on internal control audit and annual audit as required
  • Responsible for statutory tax filing
  • Effectively manage supply chain and customer service functions to improve service level
  • Manage and responsible for Office Administration
  • Establishment and negotiation of supplier agreements with freight forwarders
  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with all regulatory requirements for storage packaging and labeling, handling and transportation of all products
  • A Strong team player to build high performance culture


your profile

  • 5~7 years of broad financial, operation, administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply IFRS reporting standards. Hands on experience with preparation of IFRS based financial reporting package is required.
  • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
  • Hands on, quick learner and multi tasker
  • ERP system SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Power user of Excel, proficient in MS Office Word and PowerPoint
