about the job
Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of financial reports with thorough reconciliation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and contribute to brand development.
• Supervise and manage assistant accountants' workflow and quality.
• Monitor, coach, and develop assistant accountants, assisting in performance reviews.
• Manage client expectations and deliverables for your client list.
• Ensure franchisee financial reports are completed on time and accurately.
• Lodge GST & Payroll tax returns promptly.
• Handle on-boarding and exit processes for clients.
• Liaise with franchisee clients, addressing financial queries.
• Educate and train franchisee clients on reporting and financial principles.

Project & Other Tasks:

• Implement time-saving practices in financial reporting and workflow processes.
• Assist in training junior and offshore team members.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships.
