Job Description:
Randstad is partnering with one of the highly renowned publicly listed Manufacturing company in Klang and we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This position is based in Klang, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding of Sales Process: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's sales processes and collaborate with sales teams to ensure financial goals are met.
Government Regulation Compliance: Stay updated and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, including MITI, MICC, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
Import/Export Expertise: Oversee import and export financial activities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective international transactions.
Accounting: Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Credit Limit Management: Develop and implement credit policies, monitor credit limits, and minimize credit risks while maintaining strong customer relationships.
SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software to manage financial data, reporting, and analysis efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
In-depth knowledge of the sales process and its financial implications.
Strong understanding of Malaysian government regulations, including MITI, MICC, and import/export compliance.
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
Proven experience in credit limit management and risk assessment.
SAP knowledge and experience is highly preferred.
