• Facilitate the preparation of management accounts and reports with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
• Preparation of budgets, cash flow projections, and tax computations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax authorities, accounting standards, and applicable laws and acts governing the industry.
• Conduct cash management activities.
• Evaluate and put into practice accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Liaise with external auditors and other various parties.
• Ensure the effective operation of the department.

• Minimum Degree in Accounting. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in
  property development or exposure to the industry through external audit environment.
• Practical working knowledge on the application of Financial Reporting Standard.
• Practical knowledge of a fully integrated computerized system will be an advantage.
• Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
• Possess a high level of understanding of HDA (Housing Development Act).
