about our client

our client is a global medical devices manufacturer, dominating the industry with their high tech and revolutionary products.

In order to further enhance their presence in Malaysia and maintain profitability, they are seeking an outstanding FP&A Manager with strong business partnering skills to be a part of the finance team.

about the role

  • Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
  • To prepare monthly variance reports such as expense control sheets, budget vs actuals, discussion with all the plant and sales head and provide the inputs on latest position of processes and its financials impact.
  • To prepare and analyse monthly cost accounting reports
  • To monitor the Project Expense and Budgets are running in order, Project time outrun, Cost overrun reports.
  • To establish the daily reporting systems, work with the oracle team to put the daily relevant inputs for development of dashboards to senior management.
  • Consolidation of multi currencies & multi geography accounts
  • Submitting MIS reports and handle the inventory closure processes.
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Creating functional requirements as an input to application design.
  • Planning and executing data conversion activities.

skills & requirements

  • Around 3 years of experience in designing, estimating Oracle E-Business suite applications implementation with two or more Financial modules.
  • Around 2 years of experience as a Manager
  • CA, Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
