We are currently seeking for a Fund Management Specialist to join our team, playing a crucial role in optimizing our fund management operations and maintaining a competitive edge in the dynamic digital payment solutions landscape.

... - Transactional and Discrepancy Resolution: Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and accounts on an entity-by-entity basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in settlements and collaborate closely with customer service to address any related issues. Handle chargebacks, refunds, and wallet withdrawals as part of the reconciliation process.
- Fund Monitoring and Liquidity Management: Monitor incoming funds on a daily basis and ensure sufficient liquidity for timely settlements and remittances to merchants. Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements related to fund management.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of processes and standard operating procedures (SOP) related to responsible entities. Generate monthly reports and ad-hoc reports as needed for regulatory compliance, financial analysis, Merchant Discount Rate (MDR), and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFTB) requirements.
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Review and align operational processes with a focus on enhancing efficiency and compliance with local regulations. Conduct analysis to identify areas for process improvement, system enhancements, and revisions to SOP.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including business, technology, and product teams, to support new projects and the launch of new channels.
