• Thoroughly grasp the foreign exchange business model, the underlying principles of major foreign exchange financial instruments, such as spot and forward transactions in the market, and the internal data flow pertaining to financial transactions. Acquire a clear understanding of the origins and driving forces behind foreign exchange revenue, and effectively identify and mitigate financial risks associated with foreign exchange products.
• Collaborate with the foreign exchange accounting team and business finance business partners to conduct a reasoned analysis of monthly foreign exchange revenue data, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records.
• Foster strong collaboration with the foreign exchange team, as well as relevant Product, Data, and Business BU finance teams, in order to accurately allocate foreign exchange revenue across various business segments, aligning with the analytical requirements for management reports.
• Develop and establish an evaluation framework for the foreign exchange business team.
• Articulate foreign exchange business models and financial accounting and settlement plans clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in financial management and have accrued over 5 years of financial work experience, with a particular focus on foreign exchange management within the banking sector or corporate treasury teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Exhibit robust logical reasoning skills, a keen aptitude for data interpretation, analytical proficiency, and the capability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
• Display a strong capacity for learning and a heightened business acumen, with expertise in utilizing tools like Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis, modeling, and the presentation of information charts.
