- develop a roadmap for AI initiatives that align with business objectives.
- design, develop, and maintain efficient ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
- ensure scalability, robustness, and cost-effectiveness of selected AI solutions.
- lead the design of system architectures to integrate AI, Gen AI, and LLMs into existing processes and workflows.
- establish and enforce AI standards that comply with regulatory requirements.
- develop and deliver training programs to enhance ai skills within development teams.
- identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and innovation within the company.
- lead and mentor a team, guiding them through AI projects.
knowledge, skills and experience
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- at least 8 years of hands-on experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics
- expertise in various ML algorithms, including decision trees, linear regression, and clustering techniques, as well as advanced deep learning models.
- experience deploying ML models into production environments, including setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- experience with the AWS cloud platform, especially in deploying AI/ML solutions
- strong programming skills in Python.
- proficiency in Gen AI technologies and LLMs is a plus.
- experience developing and integrating APIs for AI functionalities, including secure and optimized API requests
- familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI.
