about the job
Reporting to the Chairman.
Managing a team of Managers for Sales, After Sales, Marketing, Human Resource and Finance division.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop long-term goals, action plans, and initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Continuously track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, providing feedback and coaching to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among staff.
- Review and guide sales performance, lead management, customer interactions, and training to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Review financial reports, manage budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure the dealership's financial health.
- Oversee vendor relations, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance retention.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market trend identification, and customer segmentation to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee facility inspections, security, and equipment maintenance while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Maintain strong communication with the Brand Principal, aligning dealership strategies with brand objectives and supporting marketing efforts.

skills and experience required
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in management roles within the automotive industry or a similar field, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership position.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with a track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Extensive experience in sales management, customer relationship management (CRM), and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
