    Reporting to the Executive Director.

    Managing a team of Outlet Manager.

    Key responsibilities:

    • work closely with top management in strategic planning of business segment to achieve business goals
    • responsible for overall F&B operation management - revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, customer service management
    • monitor and maintain the food and beverage quality, service level and hygiene procedures according to SOPs
    • recommend, develop, and execute marketing, promotion
    • regular coaching of Restaurant Managers, Head Chefs, Operations Managers

    skills and experience required

    • minimum 8 years of F&B experience within retail, hospitality
    • a proven track record of managing sales growth and team management
    • know-how on bakery, kitchen, service and bar operations inside out
    • must be able to be based in Kuching and travel nationwide
