Ensure operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies
Manage staff, overseeing projects and overall project pipeline
Ensure the organization follows local laws and regulations
Liaise with management and provide reports on activities
Ensuring proper financial controls are in place and representing the organization at meetings.
Satisfy client needs and expectations by managing the planning, co-ordination and delivery of large and/or complex projects and programs within the terms of the project management service agreements and obligations.
Responsible for reducing costs and improving quality through the development of organizational capabilities
Act as the focal point for Internal & External relations.
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients
skills & experience
- At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent
- Corporate tower/office experience will have a big advantage
- More than 10 years experience in the Interior Fit-out industry
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
