  • Assist the Executive Director to provide leadership and guidance in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Financial management including ensuring strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting on costs and revenue, and taking corrective actions as required
  • Participating in the development, tendering and award of projects


skill and experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Preferably more than 20 years working experience in the construction industry involving building construction
  • Advanced financial and commercial management skills including cost reduction and budgeting
  • Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
