• You will need to oversee all Procurement, sourcing and supplier management activity for the company, ensuring that Procurement compliance is met and quality of goods and services are up to the highest standards.
• You are required to do comprehensive sourcing, contracting and negotiation with suppliers to ensure the best value prices are given.
• You will need to create and implement short term and long term Procurement Strategies to ensure the overall spending and quality of goods are up to the highest standards.
• You have to perform weekly and monthly reporting based on Procurement activity and spend.
• You will need to coordinate and liaise with different internal stakeholders on end user requirements and Procurement needs.

skills and experience ::

• You have 10+ years in Procurement roles with prior experience managing the entire Procurement division for your previous companies.
• You are a proven manager, with experience in managing large teams of 30-40+ members, you are able to consistently keep track of and achieve the team goals.
• You are great at people management and have outstanding communication skills. Able to manage stakeholders internally and externally.
• You possess a strong attention to detail and are someone who is meticulous and organised at work.
• You are good with planning and organising your work well, able to demonstrate strong work ethics.
