Our client is an established property developer with 3 active residential projects in Malaysia in excess of RM1 billion GDV.

about the job

  • Lead the sales (including sales administration) and marketing division.
  • Conduct market research analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Carry out product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Identify, develop and evaluate sales and marketing strategies.
  • Effective sales agencies’ management, if any, and work closely with them.
  • Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing.
  • Ensure that exposure of the company is maximized at all times by working closely with media.
  • Manage and improve the customer service level.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the CEO, he is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has a good team spirit.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing property sales & marketing team
