about the role
They are currently looking for a GM HR to join them. You will develop strategies for organisational improvement, talent development, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with foreign worker recruitment regulations and foster a positive work environment for both local and foreign workers. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- OD Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives. Facilitate change management and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall company goals. Provide guidance on HR matters, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Foreign Worker Recruitment and Compliance: Manage foreign worker recruitment, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Foreign Worker Welfare and Retention: Implement programs to enhance welfare, address accommodation and integration issues, and promote retention.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Foster positive relations, address conflicts promptly, and ensure fair treatment for all employees.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update policies, enforce compliance with labor laws, and conduct regular audits.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the CEO, leading a team of 10 and supporting 1500 headcounts.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
