This is an opportunity to lead a team of 200HC in all aspects of operations including production, planning, quality, supply chain, warehouse & inventory departments. As the GM, you will be accountable for the development and continuous improvement of the factory operations to achieve consistent efficiency and target productivity. You will be the key driver to ensure compliance to food safety requirements, environmental and hygiene are adhere within the facilities and constantly reviewing and identify areas of improvements.

Apart from key experience in managing operations (production & other departments) within a food processing manufacturing environment, we are looking for someone with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills, who is able to strategise and be hands on and engaging at the production floor with the team to drive performance and improvements. Ideally, you should be willing to work any location within Selangor.
