about the job

• Responsible for the overall performance of the project management team in the KK office (Sabah).
• Create and maintain good relations with the Government and local authorities.
• Responsible for all current and future development projects as well as securing land banks for future developments.
• Provides leadership to ensure that an effective bidding strategy is implemented to optimize revenue and margin.
• Prepares staff development and succession plans for key positions in the department.
• Drives exceptional safety performance and culture within the business.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Managing Director, he is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has a good team spirit.

skills & experience required

• Degree in Civil Engineering (MUST), preferably with Ir. qualification.
• Malaysian citizens with a minimum of 15 years of project management experience as a property developer, handling full-cycle of development, from inception till handover covering residentials/shop lots with a minimum of 3 years as a Project Director.
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral with the capability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, teams, peers, local town council, government agencies, and the general public.
