    Reporting to the Country Manager.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead, drive and embed a date driven Winning Sales Culture, focused on PDCA cycle compliance
    • Audit line management compliance to standards and processes and Go To Market metrics and tools, thereby impacting on sales management excellence & results
    • Customise and deliver GTM tools and facilitate training programs
    • Implement and validate local sales productivity standards through filed work and trend analyses, aligned to global standards
    • Ensure that there are cultural habits of teamwork, recognition and reward for exceeding the norm, including sales force incentive schemes aligned to global guidelines

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum Bachelor degree
    • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry
    • Excellent interpersonal, change management and communication skill
    • Excellent training and presentation skills
