• Prepare monthly group management accounts with fluctuation analysis promptly and accurately.
• Prepare quarterly consolidation and reports for Bursa Malaysia announcements on time.
• Assist in the Group's budgeting and forecasting process.
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely issuance of audited financial statements.
• Coordinate and prepare the Group's Annual Report on time.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns for the company and subsidiaries.
• Oversee and coordinate the Group's Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Contribute to establishing, reviewing, and updating group accounting policies and procedures in line with business changes and financial reporting standards.
• Liaise with internal audit on subsidiaries' quarterly reports.
• Assist in improving accounting systems and processes.
• Analyze monthly business unit results and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or CIMA required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, must have prior experience preparing group consolidation and Bursa reports.
• Audit background is required; retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, check, and balance financial transactions and accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS/MFRS accounting standards
• Proficient in ERP or Accounting software.
