    about the role

    With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a Group HR & Admin Manager to manage and oversee the Human Capital & Admin functions and activities for the Group to support the organization’s business direction and long-term goals. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

    • Monitor payroll administration
    • Handle all employment related matters or issues pertaining to hiring, promotion, transfer, grievances handling, counselling & disciplinary, safety & health, industrial relations, performance appraisals, etc.
    • Handle and provide sound advice to management on issues related to disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters.
    • Lead and direct foreign workers recruitment
    • Oversee staff training requirements in support of company objectives.
    • Oversee and manage the company’s performance management system to drive high performance.
    • Support all local & overseas HR departments in the Group; ensure consistency in the execution of all HR strategies and policies and procedures for the Group.

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be leading a team of 4 in the HR department.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You have a strong ability to challenge the status quo and have a growth and change mindset to drive changes. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 10,000 plus attractive bonuses.
