    about the role

    With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a Group HR Manager to provide hands-on guidance, management and overseeing of Human Resources policies, services and program implementation for the Group. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

    • Development of a Group HR Department
    • Leading Resort’s HR Department
    • Review existing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Assist Departments in administration of Compensation & Benefits
    • Compliance with Labour Laws
    • Advise in HR-related projects or any other projects that may be assigned by the MD

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Executive Directors, you will be handling 4 divisions in the group and leading a team of 4.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have a strong ability to challenge the status quo and have a growth and change mindset to drive changes. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 12,000 plus attractive bonuses.
