Our client is seeking a Group Key Account Manager that comes with prior team management experience as this position will be managing a team of 3, and will be reporting to the Head of Modern Trade. This role will focus on covering the Local Key Accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design business plans which will deliver sales, profit and market share objectives
- Develop excellent working relationships with key account customers to achieve business objectives
- Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper /consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion / events opportunities
- Influence customer decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniquesand data-based presentations
- Develop and implement annual Joint Business Planning and business review with retailer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing Key Account
- FMCG and experiences in handling top Local Key Accounts will be an added advantage
- Strong analytics and sales budget planning skills
- Prior experiences in people management
