This is a leading food and beverage manufacturer in the region. Due the growth of of business, they are looking for a capable Group Key Account Manager to join their team.

about the job

As the Group Key Account Manager, you are accountable for leading a team for Key Account Manager to drive the sales of designated IKA and LKA accounts. You have to work closely with key retailers on trading terms negotiation and promotion planning. Besides that, you will have to focus on excellent execution of merchandisng; key account aging review; and training the team.

skills and experience required

  • 10 years of FMCG experience, with proven track record of key account management
  • Strong commercial acumen and passionate about consumer product
  • Able to cut through data and complexity to find recommendations and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to work with different levels of stakeholder
