the role
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing tailored account strategies and annual business plans for key accounts.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing accurate sales forecasts and contributing to strategic demand planning.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of key account management experience in FMCG (skincare/personal care preferred).
- Experience managing chain pharmacy channels (Guardian preferred).
- Strong technical and communication skills.
