In this Director level role, you will deliver excellent service to clients in all things Cybersecurity GRC and Audit. You will lead a team a exceptional Consultants in the field to provide great service to your clients. Another exciting part of your role is to develop your practice and business by building new and strengtening existing relationships with clients.
... - Deliver exceptional deliverables in cybersecurity services to clients in the area of IT / security governance and assurance, cybersecurity technologies, risk control, business continuity, disaster recovery and any other cybersecurity related advisory services
- Business development tasks include convincing the client to adopt best cybersecurity practices; identifying performance improvement opportunities for internal team and clients; building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients/business contacts
- Document and revise procedures and playbooks for teams, processes and technology to provide a standard security practice and increase team effectiveness
- Remain up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities and regulatory requirements relating to existing and emerging technologies
- Monitor trends and continuously assesses own / team capabilities to meet business demands in services offering
- Able to work with clients on-site or remotely
- Ensure timely completion of engagement deliverable
about the team | manager
You will report to someone who is a strong believer in independence and personal growth through education. This person comes from a strong technical IT background and has experienced IT inthe context of various industries.
skills and experience required
- A recognized degree and a passion to have a career in technology
- Minimum 10 years cybersecurity work experience in leadership role
- Good to have: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CASP+ or other relevant qualifications)
- Occasional travel (local & overseas) will be required
- Familiarity with IT audit, vulnerability assessment and penetration test and tools is an added advantage
