about the role

  • Develop framework, assess and drive competency management initiatives - core, leadership and technical/functional competencies required by the organisation to achieve its goals
  • Collaborate with key work partners to identify, develop and drive competency-based learning and development initiatives that build both functional and leadership capabilities
  • Design and develop high impact talent management framework, programmers and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of leadership talent (thought and people leaders)
  • Ensure the appropriate link of proposals and delivery methods to business current and future needs
  • Provide consultation support to business in all learning, development and talent management initiatives; ensure an integrated HR approach in managing people
  • Develop persuasive communication and effective marketing methods in educating employees on learning and development programmes as well as other relevant resources
  • Develops foresight, anticipates transformations change and identifies opportunities
  • Formulates and implements strategies to realise opportunities, solve problems and maximise gains
  • Aligns organisational efforts and inspires action towards common purpose and realisation of transformations
  • Identifies talent requirements and develops talent pipeline in a structured and timely manner
  • Develops individual/team capability and capacity in line with organisational needs
