about the job
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement the organisation’s digital strategy, aligning it with business goals and market trends
- Manage and provide leadership to the digital development team, including hiring, training, mentoring and performance management.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Lead the development and enhancement of digital products, platforms and services, leveraging technologies such as web, mobile, cloud and emerging technologies.
- Take ownership of division's profit & loss (P&L) and establish financial targets
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, evaluate their applicability to the organisation and make recommendations for adoption.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants and technology partners to leverage their expertise, manage contracts and ensure the successful delivery of outsourced digital projects.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.

skills and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience of 10 years in digital product development and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and development methodologies.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional trams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities, with a strategic mindset
- Experience in agile development methodologies and tools
