about the job

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement the organisation’s digital strategy, aligning it with business goals and market trends
Manage and provide leadership to the digital development team, including hiring, training, mentoring and performance management.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Lead the development and enhancement of digital products, platforms and services, leveraging technologies such as web, mobile, cloud and emerging technologies.
Take ownership of division's profit & loss (P&L) and establish financial targets
Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, evaluate their applicability to the organisation and make recommendations for adoption.
Collaborate with external vendors, consultants and technology partners to leverage their expertise, manage contracts and ensure the successful delivery of outsourced digital projects.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.

skills and experience

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience of 10 years in digital product development and project management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and development methodologies.
Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional trams and stakeholders.
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities, with a strategic mindset
Experience in agile development methodologies and tools
