Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy to drive profitable online channel growth, including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform and digital development at both dot com and marketplace
- Analyze ecommerce business success, performance and reporting by using the consumer insights and statistical data to develop strong marketing strategies and campaigns to support new product launches and seasonal campaign periods
- Provide leadership, innovation and process-optimization initiatives, and identifying new areas of ecommerce opportunities beyond current brand offering
- Build and direct a team of ecommerce professionals
- Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations
skills and experience required
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in ecommerce filed
- Analytical skills, commercial savvy
- Strong appreciation of what the future holds for the retail sector and specifically, the consumer behaviour considerations
