key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of software developers to ensure that software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop software design and architecture plans for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
- Identify areas for improvement in the software development process and recommend solutions.
- Ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and meets quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the development of technical specifications, project plans, and estimates.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of experience in .NET/Java development.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing software development teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement software architecture for projects.
- Strong knowledge of .NET/Java framework, C#, and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
