about the job

• Maximizing yield, preservation and enhancement of overall asset performance through the optimization of cost and resources as well as in compliance to HSE, quality and statutory requirement, and adhere to standard operating procedure and key performance standards to ensure customers’ comfort and satisfaction.
• Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling all maintenance
• Ensure all maintenance activities are executed within budget, timeline and specifications
• Preserving and enhancing assets value through continuous upgrading and refurbishing initiatives to prolong the economic lifespan of the asset managed and keeping up with the latest technology.
• Review and manage annual maintenance budget for effective cost management
• Complying PETRONAS Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) rules and regulation and complying statutory requirements such DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, Bomba.

about the manager/team
Reporting to the General Manager of the company, he is a hands on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. The General Manager believes in delivering results with minimal supervision.

skills & experience required

• Experience in operation and maintenance of chilled water plant or Facility Management managing large chiller (>1000 RT).
• Preferably large scale centralized chilled water plant, Experienced in District Cooling Plant environment is added advantages, Proficient skill and knowledge in planning and executing maintenance activities for Chilled Water System, Cooling Water System, CMMS and other related system related to plant operation & maintenance
• Ability to interpret Process and Instrument Diagram (P&ID).
• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in related field (operation/maintenance), preferably from plant or large facility environment.
