about the job
- Harmonize the objectives of different functions within regional entities with initiatives and solutions. This is done by consulting with and offering guidance to the management team, aiming to realize functional priorities, objectives, and KPIs.
- Serve as an advisor to management on matters related to transformation. As the Head of HR, you will undertake a leadership role that covers Organizational Development, Talent Strategy, Operations and Service Delivery, as well as Governance and Compliance.
- Act as an advocate for employees and a catalyst for change, foreseeing organizational design and talent strategy requirements of the business. Proactively devise, communicate, and implement holistic solutions in close collaboration with functional leaders and associates.
- Cultivate partnerships across the HR function internally and externally to drive growth and achievement, aligning with the organization's emphasis on People, Culture, and Organizational transformation and development.
- Collaborate seamlessly with regional stakeholders such as Rewards and Talent, and People Services to ensure a consistent experience for stakeholders across the APAC region.
