about the job
- Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan for the company's property portfolio (office, retail and residential).
- Lead and provide guidance to the leasing department with a view to achieving the target for company's property portfolio.
- Oversee and execute the comprehensive leasing strategy to maximize revenue and returns.
- Increase occupancy and gross income through strategic leasing and marketing plans.
- Build and manage relationships with real estate agents/partners, and existing tenants.
- Accountable for attaining revenue and leasing goals, as well as ensuring that specific client results are in line with team KPIs and the overarching business strategy.
- Liaising with tenants and with various internal stakeholders from Project, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Facility Management and Finance department.
- Manage the negotiation and execution of leases and contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborate with lawyers to draft standard tenancy agreements with landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
- Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the properties.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing and/or property investment
- Driven, ambitious and aggressive character
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
