Randstad is partnering with a well known sports brand. They are currently hiring for a Head of Merchandising (Sports Retail).

Attractive remuneration package

You will need to:

Analysis and review of previous weeks sales with the merchandising department to propose and drive actions for the week ahead
Negotiation with selected brands re-trading terms and conditions.
Managing budgets and OTB on seasons and forward budgets
Being constantly aware of new brands and opportunities to diversify and drive department/category sales

Requirements:

At least 8-10 years working experience in Merchandising role
Experience in managing a fast fashion & multi-brand environment
Strong leadership skills - proven record of managing a huge team
