about the job
Reporting to the Commercial Head.
Managing a team of 6 (managers, executives)
Key responsibilities:
- develop and align of annual sales, expenditure budget and other KPI
- maintain strong business relationship
- prepare and present the business review on monthly/quarterly/yearly with all the key account to ensure the growth target is achieved
- review and negotiate of yearly trading terms/contracts for the key accounts
- coach and follow up closely with sales personnel to ensure proper execution and implementation of sales strategies as per plan
- to lead and provide required support to merchandising team to ensure execution of the products according to outlet's planogram
skills and experience required
- minimum 7 years of key account management in the FMCG industry
- demonstrated experience of managing a team
- strong communication, negotiation and analytical skill
