about the role
They are currently looking for a Head of Rewards & Policies to join them. You will implement the organisation’s reward strategy and ensure its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organisation’s desired internal and external market position. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Design and implement the organisation’s compensation & benefit programmes and activities
- Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data
- Review relevant Rewards (compensation) and Retention (talent management) policies
- Ensure and maintain competitive compensation and benefit programs
- Collaborate with and extend support to internal HR teams on internal projects as and when required
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be leading a team of 1.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
