This role will be handling the Air Conditioning divion and reporting to the Managing Director whilst managing a team of 25 people in total.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales & Marketing strategies to expand business in the assigned channel with HODs. Aim for positive business growth and healthy expansion.
- Responsible to ensure that the AR’s performance of the channel is up to date and closely monitored. All AR must be collected within stipulated period. Ensure compliance with the Credit policies and liaise with Credit Control on AR performance and issues.
- Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen our branding awareness / presence in the assigned channel. Keep abreast with the development and competition in the assigned channel. Feed these information’s to respective Heads of department as and when required.
- Prepare and present yearly channel budget and Business Plan to Top Management and ensure that they are in line with Company’s long-term goals and mission.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the air conditioning or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian market and consumer behavior in the HVAC sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
