You will be reporting into the Director.

As the Head of Sales, you will be leading a team to achieve given targets, including sales, revenue, profit, market share.

Key responsibilities

  • develop and implement sales strategy
  • leading a team
  • analyse data and implement KPIs
  • maintain relationship with customers
  • market insights, continuous improvement

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience within the FMCG food industry, with the proven capability of people management
  • Strong business and financial acumen; a problem solver; and trustworthy
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skill
