Reporting to the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and communicate a compelling vision for the consumer sales team aligned with overall business strategy
- Prepare medium to long term objectives/budget/plans and effective process control
- Monitor sales performance and key accounts relationship against targets
- Cascade the strategic direction, inspire and motivate teams to lift performance and work together towards clear team and individual goals
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience of leading a sales team
