    Your future employer is a property developer with an international reach. They have a high level portfolio of building residential communities and townships.

    about the job

    • Leading a team of performance-oriented sales executives, managers, and senior managers. Ensuring the team meets the monthly sales targets.
    • Overseeing the sales administration department - establishing standard operating procedures and time-frame for all administrative functions.
    • Liaising with external sales agencies (if necessary) to ensure they have the right product information and materials to promote the projects.
    • Forecasting sales objectives and developing strategies and game plans for projects.
    • Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry and competitor news.
    • Assist the Sales Director in preparing of roadshows, launching, promotion materials, sales kits and sales documentation.
    • Update weekly and monthly sales related reports.
    • Ensuring optimum headcounts stationed on all grounds.


    about the manager/team
    Reporting to the Sales Director, he is a hands-on person who is well experienced in the industry. You will have the opportunity to lead and build an excellent team.

    skills & experience required

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales within the property development industry.
    • A sound understanding of the property and target market
    • Bachelor's Degree is a good to have but not necessary.
    • A track record of consistently achieving overall sales targets.
