about the company

Our client is a mid-sized property development company with mixed development and high-rise residential projects across Klang Valley with combined GDV of up to RM1 billion.

about the job

  • Leading a team of performance-oriented internal sales executives, ensuring the team meets the monthly sales targets.
  • Liaising with external sales agencies to ensure they have the right product information and materials to promote the project to local and overseas markets.
  • Conduct product presentations and training to sales executives/agents.
  • Building a strong relationship with the prospect/client to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in client inquiries and follow up on payment collection.
  • Provide after-sales services for potential repeat business/referral.
  • Assist the GM, S&M in the preparation of roadshows, launching, promotion materials, sales kits, and sales documentation.
  • Update weekly and monthly sales report.
  • Ensure optimum manpower planning to cover the sales gallery and show units.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the GM, Sales & Marketing, he is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit.

skills & experience required

  • Degree/Diploma in any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in property sales.
  • Happy to travel and participate frequently in both local & overseas property roadshows.
  • Conversant in English, ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
