We are looking for Head of Service Management specialised in the the management of Wholesale technology banking product for corporate clients for one of the leading banks in the region.

about the job

• Participate actively in the various business segments business planning to comprehend its strategies and target.
• Engage with business segments to review its project initiation requirements indepth, manage its expectations, provide solutioning and propose enhancement prioritisations.
• Initiate, coordinate and lead complex cross-functional and geograhically dispersed teams for both Regional and/or Country Technology development teams, Operation centers and business users to review business requirements and propose solutioning and transition to delivery agreed by all parties.
• Review Technology and Operations progress, SLAs with business segments and financials for presentation updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible as a business analyst, managing business requirements in the area of wholesale and treasury environment.
• Work with business users to translate business requirements into technical business solutions.
• Liaise closely between business and technology and operations team within the Bank.

skill/experience

• A recognised Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or any other
  equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in consultancy of wholesale banking and treasury industry in managing Trade, Treasury, Loans and Custody & Investment projects will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong inter-personal, analytical, influencing-negotiation and presentation skills.
• Command leadership, good English both verbal and written.
